Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0 to 1 year of experience in baking or food preparation
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Must be punctual and reliable
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Follow recipes and product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- Clean and sanitize workstations and equipment
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Adapt to other duties as assigned based on account needs and client requirements
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Monitor baking processes to ensure quality and consistency
- Reduce food waste through efficient preparation and use of resources
