Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to safely operate baking equipment
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Commitment to upholding food safety and quality standards
- Ability to follow directions and maintain cleanliness
Job Qualifications

- Previous baking or culinary experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
- Decorate cakes to company standards
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Assist in training and supporting fellow associates
