Job Requirements
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Food handler certification required
- Six months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
- Ability to safely operate commercial baking equipment
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be attentive to potential hazards and report them appropriately
- Must maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift up to 75 lbs
- Partners 21 years or older to drive for company business

- Basic mathematical skills for following recipes
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form

Job Duties
- Follows recipes to prepare cakes, donuts, cookies, and other products according to customer orders or as needed for display
- Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, shaping, and scoring them
- Operates commercial baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, dough proofers
- Completes production list and fills out special order requests, packages and labels products
- Maintains attractive product presentation by filling bakery trays, display cases, and ingredient bins, rotates product to ensure quality and freshness
- Maintains a friendly and customer-service-oriented attitude by greeting customers, answering questions, responding to complaints, and assisting in product selection
- Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary working and shopping environment by adhering to company safety procedures
- Promotes product sales through suggestive selling initiatives
