Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Basic food safety understanding or food handler's card as required by law
- Flexible to work nights and weekends
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 pounds, pushing and pulling 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods
- Pass a background check
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate effectively in a loud environment
Job Qualifications

- Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Capability to stand up to 6 hours
- Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates' directions in a loud environment
- Be an ambassador of guiding values and behaviors including teamwork, initiative, and positivity
Job Duties
- Bake all bread selections and pastries your bakery-cafe needs daily
- Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
- Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
- Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
- Assist and support your manager and team as needed
- Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
