Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Basic food safety understanding or food handler's card as required by law
  • Flexible to work nights and weekends
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 pounds, pushing and pulling 25 pounds, and standing for extended periods
  • Pass a background check
  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate effectively in a loud environment

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training
  • Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • Ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • Capability to stand up to 6 hours
  • Must be able to clearly communicate and quickly understand guests and associates' directions in a loud environment
  • Be an ambassador of guiding values and behaviors including teamwork, initiative, and positivity

Job Duties

  • Bake all bread selections and pastries your bakery-cafe needs daily
  • Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
  • Perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
  • Strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
  • Assist and support your manager and team as needed
  • Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
