Job Duties
- Prepare dough for various bakery items
- glaze pastries and apply icing
- assist in baking tasks from start to finish
- plan daily production with Bakery Sales Manager
- gather and measure ingredients accurately
- monitor oven temperatures and baking times
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- provide courteous customer service and product information
