Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 2 years of professional bakery experience in a commercial or high-volume setting
- proficiency with industrial bakery equipment and techniques
- familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- effective communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- ability to handle physical demands of bakery production
- team player attitude
- punctual and reliable
- experience in cake decorating and ingredient inventory management preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Scaling ingredients according to recipes
