Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, cookies, pastries, and desserts
- Decorate cakes and fancy desserts with artistic detail
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Interact with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service
- Ensure display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Adhere to quality, freshness, and safety standards in all baking processes
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient bakery operations
