Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability to lift moderate weight
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to high-quality standards
- produce and decorate cakes and fancy desserts
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- interact positively with customers to enhance their shopping experience
- ensure baked products meet freshness and safety standards
- collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
