Job Duties
- Prepare breads, cookies, and pastries with attention to quality and freshness
- decorate cakes and fancy desserts according to customer needs
- operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- interact with customers to provide friendly and helpful service
- ensure all baked products meet safety and quality standards
- assist in training and supporting fellow team members
