Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours and days including early hours and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable
- Possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license if required by location and meet company driving qualifications
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous bakery or food service experience is a plus
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent teamwork and communication abilities
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels and pastries daily
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to uphold the brand standards
- Monitor ingredient quality and baking equipment operation
- Adhere to health and safety regulations in food preparation
