Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous baking experience is advantageous but not required
- Basic knowledge of baking techniques and equipment operation

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries using ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- Interact with customers to share knowledge and pride in baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Ensure products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Assist in stocking baked goods and supplies
- Support team efforts to provide excellent customer service
