Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Ability to pass a background check as applicable by law
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work varied hours and early mornings as early as 3 AM
- Possession of a current, valid state issued driver's license if required by location
- Willingness to work weekends
- Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in baking or food preparation is advantageous
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining high quality and safety standards
- Flexibility to work varied hours including weekends
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries daily to company standards
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the bakery
- Collaborate with team members to support a positive work environment
- Monitor product quality and freshness throughout the shift
- Open the bakery early and prepare the store for daily operations
