Job Duties
- keep our kitchen sparkling and safe by following all food safety rules and ensuring proper ingredient storage
- knead dough and bake breads, pastries, and desserts using established recipes
- manage bakery tasks such as shaping, scaling, and organizing baked goods
- monitor inventory closely to minimize waste and maintain stock levels
- collaborate effectively with fellow bakers to maintain a positive and efficient kitchen environment
- respond to guest preferences by producing consistent high-quality products
- work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen to ensure timely preparation and delivery of all baked items
