Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours (as early as 3am depending on the restaurant) and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in baking or food preparation is an advantage
- ability to work early morning hours, starting as early as 3 AM
- strong multitasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- customer service experience is a plus
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake bagels and other bakery items early in the morning
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the bakery
- collaborate with team members to provide an excellent customer experience
- monitor the quality of food and beverages served
- comply with all company policies and guidelines related to food handling and safety
