Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of baking principles
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work early mornings and weekends
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines
- Physical ability to lift moderate weights and handle bakery equipment
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in baking or a related field advantageous but not always required
- Ability to operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently

- Willingness to learn and take pride in producing baked goods
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts such as decorated cakes
- Use ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers to create baked goods that meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Engage with customers, addressing their needs and sharing product information
- Ensure display cases and shelves are clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Maintain bakery cleanliness and comply with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to support overall bakery operations
- Continuously learn and apply baking techniques to improve product offerings
