Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- ability to pass background check as applicable by law
- possession of current valid state issued driver’s license where required
- capability to perform physical tasks including sitting, standing, bending, and lifting intermittently
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in baking or food preparation is advantageous but not required
- ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
- excellent teamwork and communication skills
- customer service experience is a plus
- knowledge of food safety standards beneficial
Job Duties
- bake and prepare fresh bagels and pastries daily
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to provide excellent guest service
- manage early morning bakery operations starting as early as 3AM
- adhere to company quality standards and procedures
