Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- complete basic food safety understanding and practice training including food handler's card if required by law
- flexible hours including nights and weekends
- pass a background check
- ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
- capability to stand up to 6 hours
- use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- clear communication in a loud environment
Job Qualifications

- experience in baking or food preparation is an advantage
- basic understanding of food safety practices

Job Duties
- Bake all bread selections and pastries your bakery-cafe needs daily
- maintain our high standards for flavor and quality
- perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
- strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
- assist and support your manager and team as needed
- help build our culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
