Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- possess 1-2 years bakery experience or an acceptable combination of education and experience
- dependable and reliable
- ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- outgoing and friendly behavior
- positive attitude
- good communication skills
- ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
- able to answer phones and take special orders
- perform general housekeeping and sanitize work area
- operate bakery tools and equipment
- stand for up to 3 hours continuously and 8 hours per shift
- able to transfer trays up to 5 lbs vertically for up to 10 hours
- able to transfer items up to 40 lbs vertically and horizontally for up to 10 hours
- adhere to safety, health, and Weights and Measures regulations
- maintain Food Handlers permit

- adhere to safety, health and food handling regulations
Job Duties
- Prepare, bake, and package all baked goods
- assist the Bakery Manager in preparing, baking, packaging, pricing, and merchandising
- provide high level of customer service and ensure bakery items are well presented
- maintain cleanliness and sanitization of bakery area and equipment
- stock, fill, face, and ensure pricing accuracy of bakery products
- receive, inspect, and log products for shipment accuracy and quality
- operate bakery equipment and tools safely and efficiently
