- ability to operate baking machinery
- strong interpersonal skills
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends

- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items

- bake breads cookies and pastries

- engage and communicate with customers and fellow associates
- follow company policies and safety regulations
