Job Requirements

- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Complete basic food safety understanding and training
- Flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Background check clearance
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull 25 pounds
- Capability to stand up to 6 hours
- Effective communication skills in a loud environment
Job Qualifications
- Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
- Complete basic food safety understanding and practice training such as holding a Food Handler's Card if required
- Ability to clearly communicate and quickly understand directions in a loud environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Capability to stand for up to 6 hours
Job Duties
- Bake all bread selections and pastries needed daily
- Maintain high standards for flavor and quality
- Perform stocking, food preparation, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
- Adhere strictly to health and food safety standards
- Assist and support managers and team members as needed
- Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
