Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- have a high school diploma or equivalent
- possess 1-2 years bakery experience or acceptable equivalent
- reliable and able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- possess good communication skills
- able to perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties
- capable of using kitchen knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, garbage disposals, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
- able to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 40 lbs safely
- comply with safety, health, and regulatory standards
- maintain a Food Handlers permit
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare, bake, and package baked goods
- assist Bakery Manager with bakery operations
- provide high-level customer service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of bakery area and equipment
- stock, fill, face, and price bakery products
- inspect and log incoming shipments
- discard outdated or spoiled products
