Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • possess 1-2 years bakery experience or acceptable equivalent
  • reliable and able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • possess good communication skills
  • able to perform general housekeeping and sanitation duties
  • capable of using kitchen knives, scales, wrappers, compactors, garbage disposals, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
  • able to stand for extended periods and lift weights up to 40 lbs safely
  • comply with safety, health, and regulatory standards
  • maintain a Food Handlers permit

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 18 years of age

  • have 1-2 years bakery experience or equivalent education and experience
  • demonstrate dependability and flexibility for varied work schedules

Job Duties

  • Prepare, bake, and package baked goods
  • assist Bakery Manager with bakery operations
  • provide high-level customer service
  • maintain cleanliness and safety of bakery area and equipment
  • stock, fill, face, and price bakery products
  • inspect and log incoming shipments
  • discard outdated or spoiled products
