Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- ability to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- availability to pass a background check
- possession of a valid state-issued driver’s license if required by location
- physical ability to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or food service experience is an asset but not required
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3AM
- strong multitasking skills
- good communication and teamwork abilities
- commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards
- enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service
Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries each morning
- stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist customers with order taking and sandwich making
- maintain a clean and safe store environment
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- uphold quality standards for all food and beverage items served
- follow company policies and safety procedures
