Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours including early hours as early as 3 AM and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local state and federal law
- Possession of a current valid state issued driver's license when required by specific locations and meet driving qualifications according to company policy

- Ability to maintain high standards of food quality and cleanliness

Job Duties
- Bake fresh bagels and pastries starting early in the morning
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Work collaboratively as part of the bakery team to uphold food quality standards
- Follow safety and sanitation guidelines during baking and store operations
- Support opening and closing procedures as needed
