Job Requirements

  • At least 18 years of age
  • valid Food Handler's Card as required by law
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
  • ability to push and pull objects up to 25 pounds
  • ability to stand for up to 6 hours
  • clear communication skills in a noisy environment
  • successful background check

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment
  • complete basic food safety understanding and practice training (Food Handler's Card, as required by law)
  • at least 18 years of age
  • good communication skills to understand guests and associates' directions
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Bake all bread selections and pastries your bakery-cafe needs daily
  • maintain our high standards for flavor and quality
  • perform stocking, food prep, cleaning, and sanitation tasks
  • strictly adhere to health and food safety standards
  • assist and support your manager and team as needed
  • help build our culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust
