Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in baking or food preparation preferred
- Ability to operate baking equipment safely
- Willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Commitment to food safety and cleanliness standards
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Bake breads cookies pastries and desserts
- Decorate cakes and other baked goods
- Operate ovens mixers slicers and proofers
- Ensure products meet quality freshness and safety standards
- Interact with customers and provide excellent service
- Maintain clean organized and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
