Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- One year of baking experience preferred
- Current Food Handler’s Permit
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Basic math skills
- Knowledge of bakery product handling and baking procedures
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Positive attitude and integrity
- Willingness to accept feedback and be accountable for performance
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read and follow recipes

Job Duties
- Follow established departmental and store policies and procedures
- Ensure the quality and freshness of all bakery products
- Maintain appropriate product assortment and inventory levels
- Confirm pricing accuracy and signage for all bakery products
- Clean and sanitize the bakery daily to meet company standards
- Deliver excellent customer service to all customers
- Follow production sheets to ensure proper levels of fresh baked products
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
