Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Less than one year of related experience
- No supervisory experience required
- No certification or license required
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work on uneven or slippery surfaces
- Ability to stand, bend, stretch, and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to perform other reasonable duties as assigned

Job Duties
- Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines
- Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing before use
- Use kitchen tools, appliances, and equipment safely and appropriately
- Monitor temperature of cooking appliances and food, report issues to management
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, maintain hygiene and cleanliness procedures
- Observe food quality and portion control throughout the shift
- Comply with company policies including safety protocols and report accidents or unsafe conditions
