Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days including early mornings and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver’s license (preferred or required at specific locations) and meet driving qualifications as required by company policy
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking or foodservice experience is an advantage
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- good communication and teamwork skills
- ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- ability to multitask and handle fast-paced work environment
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Duties
- Stock the bagel wall and pastry case to ensure quality product availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- work as part of a team to uphold company quality standards
- arrive early to prepare fresh bagels and bakery items
- operate bakery equipment following safety protocols
- contribute to a positive and efficient work atmosphere
