- minimum of 1-year experience in a commercial bakery or food production
- ability to work early mornings, Saturdays, and some holidays
- physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications
- A minimum of 1-year previous experience in a commercial bakery or food production environment is required

Job Duties
- Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production schedules
- operate baking equipment including ovens, mixers, and proofers with precision and care
- bake a variety of items including bread, pastries, cakes, pies and cookies following established recipes and techniques
- assemble baked goods ensuring visually appealing and consistent results
- monitor and maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies
- adhere to health and safety standards including proper sanitation and food handling practices
- collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and meet customer demand
- maintain a clean and organized work area including regular equipment maintenance and cleaning
