Job Requirements

  • Must be 16 years of age or older
  • ability to stand and work for extended periods

  • Previous baking or food preparation experience is preferred

Job Duties

  • Follows the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are always fresh and always accurate
  • adheres to product shelf life standards to ensure quality
  • delivers consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase
  • enhances customer experience through friendly attitude and S.E.T. Principles
  • supports speed of service by working efficiently to fill orders
  • executes service recovery for customer complaints
  • listens carefully and apologizes for customer concerns
  • follows all operations standards for product preparation and equipment use
  • monitors inventory and submits order quantities
  • prepares products minimizing food waste
  • records prepared items and waste
  • receives and responds to showcase needs
  • assists in serving guests when necessary
  • regularly takes and records temperatures
  • cleans and maintains production area
  • follows all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
  • supports cleanliness and organization
  • follows hand washing and sanitation guidelines
  • complies with occupational health and safety legislation
  • follows safe work practices and procedures
  • uses personal protective equipment as required
  • reports injuries, unsafe conditions, and incidents
  • avoids unsafe operation of equipment or practices
