Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- must be able to work varied hours and days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- previous baking or food preparation experience preferred but not required
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- capable of working weekends and varied hours
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- strong team player with good communication skills
Job Duties
- Bake bagels and pastries daily following established recipes and quality standards
- stock the bagel wall and pastry cases to ensure availability each shift
- assist with order taking and sandwich making as part of guest service
- maintain a clean and safe store environment according to health and safety guidelines
- work cooperatively within a team to meet operational goals
- operate baking equipment safely and efficiently
- follow early morning schedules and ready the bakery for daily operations
