Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year of baking experience or related food production experience
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- reliable and punctual
- willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- no criminal history inquiry until after a conditional job offer

Job Duties
- produce all bakery goods and related products efficiently
- follow the production list and prepare key items for the evening shift and the next day
- ensure all bakery goods meet company quality and safety standards
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bakery equipment and work areas
- deliver excellent customer service to support store’s financial goals
- collaborate with team members and management to optimize bakery operations
- manage inventory and supplies for bakery production
