Job Duties
- Ensure efficient and courteous customer service at all times
- Maintain a positive attitude and create an atmosphere of friendliness and fun through flexibility and teamwork
- Greet and speak to customers, providing prompt, courteous, and efficient customer service
- Prepare and produce quality food and products to meet or exceed customer and company expectations
- Bake bread, rolls, pies, and cookies per manual guidelines
- Complete daily production sheets and break out frozen product
- Put up stock
- Assist in proper rotation of product in coolers and freezers
- Assist in maintaining good dates on all products
- Assist in ordering products and supplies needed for daily operations
- Ensure all packaged products for self-service have proper packaging with correct weights and ingredients
- Keep workstation and surrounding area neat and clean
- Follow the company Food Safety program
- Be cross-trained in multiple areas with varying responsibilities
