Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a baking role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including early mornings and weekends
- excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- strong interpersonal skills and customer orientation
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- physical ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items

Job Duties
- bake breads, cookies, and pastries to high quality and freshness standards
- produce fancy desserts and decorate cakes
- operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and efficiently
- engage with customers and provide friendly service
- maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- ensure safety and sanitation standards are upheld
- assist in training new baking staff
