  • Great work ethic and productivity
  • Current Oregon food handler card
  • Team player and willingness to learn
  • Self starter and self manager
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally

Job Duties

  • Follow the production schedule set by the kitchen supervisor
  • Work closely with the other bakers to produce great products and keep shelves full
  • Follow the company's food standards
  • Use appropriate baking techniques to achieve high quality products
  • Use accurate kitchen math and measurements to adjust quantities of recipes
  • Plan your day so needed items and tasks are completed efficiently, while still being flexible to change if needed
  • Know and follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
  • Safe knife handling skills
