Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- available to work varied hours including early mornings and weekends
- able to pass a background check as required by applicable laws
- possession of a current, valid state issued driver's license where applicable
- meet driving qualifications as per company policy
- able to sit, stand, bend, lift, and move intermittently during work hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous baking experience is an asset but not required
- ability to work early morning shifts starting as early as 3 AM
- able to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- strong team player with good communication skills
- commitment to maintaining food quality and safety standards
Job Duties
- Prepare fresh bagels and pastries according to company recipes and standards
- stock bagel wall and pastry case to ensure product availability
- assist with order taking and sandwich making to support guest service
- maintain cleanliness and safety of the store environment
- work collaboratively with team members to ensure quality and efficiency
- follow food safety and hygiene guidelines
- respond to guest inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience
