- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- willingness to work according to the production schedule including early mornings or late evenings
- compliance with food safety standards
- basic math skills for inventory management

Job Duties
- produce all bakery goods and related products in an efficient manner within company policy
- follow the production list and prepare key items for the evening shift and the next day
- deliver great customer service to secure the store's financial success
- contribute to the financial best interests of the store during the shift
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- adhere to health and safety regulations
- assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
