Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years or older
- Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates including early hours as early as 3am depending on the restaurant and weekends
- Must be able to pass background check as applicable with local, state, and federal law
- Possession of a current, valid, state issued driver's license (always preferred but only required at specific locations) and meet the driving qualifications as required by Company policy
Job Qualifications
- Previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- Ability to work early morning hours
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Passion for baking and customer service
Job Duties
- Prepare and bake fresh bagels daily starting early in the morning
- Stock and maintain the bagel wall and pastry case with quality products
- Assist with order taking and sandwich making to provide excellent guest service
- Maintain a clean and safe store environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations
- Uphold quality standards in food preparation and presentation
- Adapt to changing duties as required by company or management
