Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous baking experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capability to operate baking equipment safely
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical capability to lift and handle baking supplies

Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, pastries, and fancy desserts
- Decorate cakes with attention to detail
- Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely
- Ensure all baked products meet quality, freshness, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Engage with customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist team members and contribute to a positive work environment
