Job Duties
- Follow the guaranteed Always Fresh procedure to ensure products are always fresh and accurate
- adhere to product shelf life standards
- deliver consistent and outstanding customer service by maintaining an appealing showcase
- enhance customer service experience through friendly attitude and S.E.T. principles
- support speed of service targets by working quickly and efficiently
- promptly execute service recovery for customer concerns
- listen carefully to customer service concerns and apologize for complaints
- follow all operations standards and guidelines for product preparation and equipment operation
- monitor fridge and freezer inventory and submit order quantities
- prepare products minimizing food waste and record production and waste
- receive and respond to showcase and product needs from the restaurant front
- assist in serving guests when necessary
- take temperatures of products and record in logs
- clean and maintain the production area
- follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards
- support clean environment through regular cleanup and organization
- follow proper hand washing and sanitation guidelines
- work in compliance with health and safety legislation
- know and follow safe work practices
- use personal protective equipment as required
- report injuries, illnesses, unsafe conditions, and incidents
- avoid operating equipment unsafely
