Job Duties
- Produce all bakery goods and related products efficiently within company policy
- follow the production list to prepare key items for evening shift and the next day
- ensure production contributes to the financial best interests of the store
- maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the bakery area
- deliver great customer service to support store financial success
- manage inventory of bakery supplies and notify management of low stock
- assist in training new bakery staff as needed
