Job Duties
- Produce all bakery goods efficiently within company policies
- Follow the production list to prepare key items for the evening shift and next day
- Ensure bakery products meet quality and freshness standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery work area
- Deliver excellent customer service to support store financial success
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages
- Assist in training new bakery staff as needed
