Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bakery experience preferred
- ability to work flexible shifts including evenings
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle bakery equipment
- willingness to comply with company policies and procedures
- ability to read and follow instructions accurately
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- produce all bakery goods and related products efficiently within company policy
- follow the production list to prepare key bakery items for the evening shift and the next day
- maintain quality and freshness standards for bakery products
- contribute to the financial best interests of the store through efficient production
- deliver great customer service to support store's financial success
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
- adhere to cleanliness and safety guidelines in bakery area
