Job Duties
- Bake breads, cookies, and pastries to meet quality standards
- Decorate cakes and produce fancy desserts
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Ensure all baked products meet freshness, quality, and safety standards
- Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked display cases and shelves
- Interact with customers to share product knowledge and assist with inquiries
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment
