- CA ABC Responsible Beverage Service Certification
- 1-year baking experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours

Job Duties
- Provides guests with baked goods by following recipes according to established standards and menus or catering requests
- Prepares food products according to production sheets including measuring, mixing, baking, decorating, portioning, and delivering baked goods
- Ensures all baked goods are replenished as needed and stores products according to established procedures
- Maintains efficient operation of the bakery area by regulating food product utilization, checking temperature and freshness, rotating food items, assisting other bakers, and communicating relevant information between shifts
- Maintains safe and sanitary conditions by following correct food cooling and storage procedures and cleaning and organizing the workspace
- Assists in catering events by creating dessert trays and supporting the setup, execution, and breakdown of both on-site and off-site events
