- ability to work mornings, varying days, and rotating weekends
- reliable and punctual attendance
- capability to follow detailed recipes and bakery procedures

- must comply with workplace safety regulations

- basic knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards

Job Duties
- follows recipes and/or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
- cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment
- attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- reduces food waste through sustainable baking practices
- contributes to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
- assists with other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
