Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 0-1 years of related work experience
  • ability to work mornings, varying days, and rotating weekends
  • reliable and punctual attendance
  • capability to follow detailed recipes and bakery procedures
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • must comply with workplace safety regulations

Job Duties

  • follows recipes and/or product directions to prepare and bake a variety of food items such as breads, rolls, muffins, biscuits
  • cleans and sanitizes workstations and equipment
  • attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
  • reduces food waste through sustainable baking practices
  • contributes to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment
  • assists with other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
