Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to start work at 3am
- Willingness to work morning shifts until approximately 8:30am or 9am
- Ability to follow detailed baking and operational procedures
- Good physical stamina for standing and performing baking tasks
- Ability to adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to follow established baking procedures
- Good communication skills for customer interaction
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation
- Ability to work early morning shifts
- Experience with bakery equipment an asset but not required
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Job Duties
- Open morning production at 3am
- Bake smaller quantities more frequently to maintain freshness
- Prepare lunch items as part of morning tasks
- Follow Always Fresh procedure and product shelf life standards
- Maintain attractive and well-stocked product showcases
- Deliver excellent customer service using S.E.T. Principles
- Support speed of service by efficiently filling orders
- Execute service recovery when needed
- Follow operational standards for product preparation and equipment use
- Monitor inventory and submit order quantities
- Record prepared items and minimize food waste
- Respond to product needs from the restaurant front
- Assist in serving guests when necessary
- Take and record product and equipment temperatures
- Clean and maintain production area properly
- Follow all restaurant policies and sanitation guidelines
- Comply with occupational health and safety legislation
- Use personal protective equipment as required
- Report injuries or unsafe conditions promptly
