- Available to work 4-5 days a week
- able to start early morning shifts at 5:00 AM or 5:30 AM
- at least one year of commercial or large-quantity baking experience
- minimum age of 18 years
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- have or able to obtain a food handler's permit
- detail-oriented
- works well independently and values communication

Job Duties
- Prepare authentic Japanese pastries using high-quality imported ingredients
- follow detailed recipes precisely to ensure product consistency
- work independently and communicate effectively with team members
- operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the commissary kitchen
- lift and move materials up to 50 pounds as needed
- assist in inventory management and quality control
