Job Duties
- Prepare and bake cakes according to company recipes and standards
- Ensure consistency and quality in every batch
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery and baking stations
- Manage inventory of baking ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill customer orders efficiently
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in training new baking staff
