- Prior experience in baking or food production preferred
- Ability to operate commercial bakery equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Good communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- Prepare and bake breads, cookies, and pastries to high quality standards
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers
- Decorate cakes and specialty desserts with precision and creativity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of display cases and shelves
- Interact with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Ensure products meet freshness and safety guidelines
- Assist in stocking and inventory management of baked goods
